As from the year 2010 all medical certificates are issued by the doctors in charge of the patients in the patients’ sources of medical coverage. This means that when our members with BPS coverage need certificates to receive subsidies for illness they should request the documentation from the doctors who treated them: either as in-patients or as out-patients. These certificates should be given to the corresponding receptionists for their processing: In-patients: Admission of Patients (Ground Floor, Main Hall). Consultation with doctor: Reception of the Sector. Emergency Service: Reception of Sector. Home Visit: Admission of Patients (Ground Floor, Main Hall). Out-patients (Home care): Person who visits. The certification by the British Hospital will be ready in 48 hours.
